Even the Owners's manual wont tell you this, but Never use any type of Plastic Mag in it, bought mine last yr. NIB get home and put a loaded Thermold in it, which works in all my AR's, could not get the Damn Mag back out.
Had to take off mage bottem plate, pull out spring,follower and ammo, then took a long 12 inch long Needle nose Plyer's and gently break off Mag. pieces inward to the mag body, about had a Stroke doing it, took about 1/2 hr. seemed like an eternity!
So use only standard AR mags!
