Tennessee Gun Owners - View Single Post - Picked up a Bushmaster XM-15 & an FS2000, now what?

Just thought of another question. My neighbor is a Navy helicopter pilot and just got back from Iraq, so we've been talking guns etc, and AR's came up. He mentioned it wasn't really good to shoot certain types of ammo a lot in AR's because of the deposits they leave/damage they can do, but I can't remember the kind he was referring to. Any clue what I'm referring to?
