Here is a little something I have. It's on PowerPoint so I think I would have to email it to anyone who wanted to try it.

Here is what it looks like, nothing pretty, but it gets the job done.

Edit: And the Total cell automatically takes the values from the On Hand, Expended, and Purchased cells and does all the math for you.
