More Hate Crime Nonsense. If I were to start a bar fight with a Homosexual not even knowing he was gay they could acuse me of a Hate crime and I am subject to a more serious punishment. I already know I shouldnt be starting bar fights so dont point that out to me, the point is that noone should have legislation passed on their behalf that increases the penalties of crimes against them.
