The ruling that struck down the DC Gun Ban as unconstitutional. DC Court of Appeals refused to hear the appeal, so now DC can either appeal to the US Supreme Court, which could be good or bad, or let it rest and allow the citizens of DC to lawfully possess firearms again.

If the Supreme Court hears it, pray that they rule in favor of Parker and company, which will establish nationwide that the second amendment grants an individual right, rather than a right of the states.
