the Deputy Director of the VA state police right now is answering questions asked by the VATech review panel and has no clue about half of the laws/restrictions he's being asked about. "um that was put in place before i was here so im not really sure about that" "um i'm not really sure how many rounds the past ban on magazines was, maybe 12-13..." come on, trying to inform people with an uniformed "expert" ?? if you are on right now, you should turn to cspan and watch this
