Sent PM's don't show up

I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem but when I send a PM my message doesn't appear in my sent items folder. The sent messages used to show up there but about 1-2 weeks ago they stopped showing up in the folder.

It isn't a huge problem, I just like some conformation that my message was sent.

When you compose a new PM, you need to check the box next to the line that says:Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items (http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/private.php?folderid=-1) folder.
The default for the forum software is now to leave that unchecked. I did this because people have a bad habit of not erasing their sent items or unecessary received items, and then they wonder why they can't send or receive any more private messages.

If you want something retained as a sent item, you have to tell the forum to do so.

Ah, thank you Broadside, I never noticed the check box before. In fact i never actually scrolled past the submit message button, thanks again.

I did the same thing Branket. So now I try to remember to check the box if it's something I need to copy.

Also note that you can archive PMs to your computer easily. Then just delete the PMs on the server.

While we are at it Broadside, the clicky that takes you to the top of the page has disappeared.
