Applicants must be 18+, able to pass background check and a general knowledge of firearms and their function and safety.

Up until last month, I'd been with Coal Creek Armory about 5 years total, since its founding, so I'm quite familiar with it. It's really a unique place to work, and never boring. And, yes we are still looking for viable applicants for open positions. Mainly looking for full-time (30+ hrs a week) employees.

Could you define "experience"? I'm not just asking, I am slightly interested in this, but only in a part time capacity for the time being if you're hiring for that.

Do you know what a gun is?

Have you handled a gun?

Have you fired a gun?

Do you know where to keep a gun pointed?

Do you know what all guns are?

Do you know what a trigger is?

Do you know what a safety is?

Do you know how a gun works?

Things like that. You don't have to be an "operator" but knowing the four rules of firearm safety is a must.
