I was looking through the local newspaper and see where Dandridge PD is getting started back on CCW classes. They have 1 listed for 3-17-07 @ 8:30am. Contact # to schedule is 865.397.8862 ext.21. Should be pretty close for anyone in East TN, they have class at Police Dept. in Dandrige and thats about 2 miles from the I-81 - I-40 split in White Pine.

Man! I love my adopted state...its the only place I know where the concealed carry class can be held at the police department. that says something good!

Took mine from the Henry county Sheriff's department. Good price good class and the Leo that taught it was very much in to citizen carry.

I know Washington County Sherrif's Dept offers a class, but I took mine at Unaka.

The class I took was taught by a deputy sheriff, the classroom was located at the city police department, and we shot our qualification at the police firing range. Needless to say local law enforcement was quite pleased to see people getting their permits.

Mine was taught by a Ex-Sherriff's Deputy! At RangeUSA in Memphis!
