This is why I applied for my HCP. "CokeRidge" gets worse every day, and they just keep letting the BG's go.

An Oak Ridge man accused of scaring at least four people with a handgun was arrested last week — and then released from the Anderson County jail about 10 hours later after posting bond.
Police on Friday charged Juan Denzel “Fugi” Dixon, 20, with one count of aggravated assault stemming from incidents that occurred earlier in the week in the Scarboro neighborhood.
Though Dixon was charged with one count of aggravated assault, there appears to be two separate incidents and four victims.
Police Capt. Rick Stone said officers are still investigating the incidents and reports were not complete on Friday. Stone said other charges could be brought against Dixon when the investigation is complete, and added officers will discuss the cases with the district attorney general.
Dixon allegedly was in a vehicle in Scarboro before reportedly stopping the car near the intersection of South Dillard and South Benedict avenues shortly before midnight Wednesday. He reportedly jumped out of the vehicle and threatened two people.
“He jumped from the car brandishing a gun and forced them to drop to the ground while pointing the gun at them,” Stone said. “Then he stood over them with the gun.”
Though the motive behind the late-night assault was unclear, police investigating the incident apparently learned that the same thing had happened to two other people earlier in the evening near the same area.
Dixon allegedly pointed a gun at two men the first time, according to Stone, but they didn’t report the incident until later.
In the second incident, the victims were a man and a woman; all the victims live in Scarboro.
Dixon's address was originally listed as 108 Houston Ave., but police records indicate he has lived at several addresses in Knoxville, too. He has been arrested previously in Oak Ridge on drug offenses, an assault charge, and for driving on a suspended license.
Dixon was booked into the jail at 8:25 p.m. Friday and released at 5:45 a.m. Saturday after posting a $50,000 bond
