My HCP expires in July, so I renewed today.
Just the old permit and $50; no other I.D.
8 years already! Let's see how long it takes.

This was my 3rd time. You get to keep the old HCP. They also give you a copy of the form with validation info on it. Good idea to carry this along with the old HCP.
And, I got a new picture this time. Before I had the same one as my DL.
