How to guide for: SBR, Suppressors, etc?

Is there a how to guide to for filing for a SBR or the way to go about getting a suppressor? I hear all about them and I'm wanting to maybe SBR a rifle or get a suppressor for one of my HK's.

Read that sticky at the very top of the page in this section. The first several posts will explain the whole NFA thing. It's written by ETS, and he knows this stuff (his company does sbr's, supressors, etc.)
