Tennessee - Where am I forbidden to carry my firearm as a permit holder in Tennessee?

There are basically 5 places that are off limits by TN law for those with a HCP to carry.

Inside any place that serves alcohol for onsite consumption. (39-17-1305)
In any room where a judicial proceeding is taking place. (39-17-1306)
Schools. (39-17-1309 and 39-17-1310)
Public Parks and recreational property. (39-17-1311)
Any place with a properly posted sign per 39-17-1359

It should be noted that on May 14, 2009 the Tennessee State Senate passed HB0962 which will allow HCP holders to carry into establishments that serve alcohol for on-site consumption provided that they do not consume alcohol themselves.

HB0962 has been sent to Governor Phil Bredesen for his action. He may opt to:

Do nothing and the bill becomes law on June 1st, 2009
Sign the bill and it becomes law on June 1st, 2009
Veto the bill at which point it goes back to the Tennessee Senate
