When we get our wine on around here it's usually of the Blackstone Merlot
I appreciate you purchasing this particular wine! It came from my warehouse!

I handle a lot of it daily, LOL

Nashville has a couple of the biggest wholesale houses in the state. I know for a fact they sell fine wines.

Heck Knoxville is way more hick than Nashville and we got French wine and everything around here.
Mike, it's an hour each way to Nash. So 2 hrs. drive time & 1/3 tank gas, it's easier to order online.Where I am for "fine" cigars and wine, it's White Owls & Woodbridge.

We sold the last of what we had a week or so ago. Call Horizon, I believe hey distribute Blackstone in your neck of the woods. Maybe they can tell you a retailer who has some out there.

boatme, buy by the case and stock your cellar. Make fewer trips and always ask for a discount from the retailer.

Anybody buying wine, whether it is by the bottle or case ought to ask for and receive a discount. Most reputable retailers will discount up to 10% if you just ask.
Price matching is a good way to save a buck or two also. If your retailer will not price match you ought to find somewhere else to buy.

I haven't found it in any of my local retailers (and a few not so local) in several months. It's ok though, my wife found a new favorite. Irony Merlot. Their Cabernet is pretty good too.

found a new favorite
near as I can tell all wine tastes nasty. So finding a new favorite shold never be a problem. I think my dislike for wine is why they trust me to be out there with all of it. LOL

I only like reds. Whites are typically way too fruity for me. A good Cabernet or a Pinot Noir really hits the spot with a good meal though. But more often than not it's beer for me.

For something different, try a Nero d' Avola from Sicily, a Rijoa from Spain, Malbec from Argentina. All very affordable, less than $20.00 unless you go for a Reserve.
I pretty much gave up beer about 8 months ago for my health, (think FAT) so far I've lost 50+ pounds! I'll stick with wine and scotch now.
