Refinishing 870 Remington???

I need to get my Remington 870 18.5" shotgun refinished and would like a duracoat, or moly resin. Does anyone here know of a good place to get it refinished as I'm looking at an army green color...

TGO David (The admin here) might be able to do it for a good price if he isn't swamped...I believe he might be within reasonable driving distance also. Pop him a PM

Justin, I received your PM but haven't responded yet simply because I'm still in the stages of getting everything set up. If you haven't gone with someone else before I get ready to go with this, I'll get back with you.

I'd recommend the Moly Resin product over Duracoat.

sounds good, do you have an ETA or when you might be setup to do this?

TGO David, I suspect you are fixing to get a lot of business! Wish you were closer to Knoxville! I got a couple of items I need to have coated. One of which just happens to also be a 870!

It does look that way.

I'm in the process of getting a larger curing oven put together. That is practically the only fly in the ointment right now. Hope to have it done soon.

are you media blasting them down to take off the original finish or just going over the top of the old finish? Reason I ask, is if it matters or is there an adhesion issue with the old finish still on it.

Media blasting where appropriate.
