Having trouble with my father's s&w sigma. It want fire, when attempting to disassemble he noticed that the triger would not release. Is this normal? Who should I take it to, preferrably someone close to Dickson/Clarksville area.

I would call S&W and have them take care of it.

Frank is a great guy and he is a factory warranty center. If it is a newer gun he will probably have you ship it on his dime.
Your link is a failure.
I know nothing about Sigma's but when all else fails read the directions....
