Admittedly she's a dangerous woman but she would be replacing Souter who's not much better. Better him than Kennedy. Maybe some of the Democratic Reps and Senators from the more conservative states will oppose her. Her being a Hispanic, there's always a danger of the far leftest in the legislator throwing out the race card if some Democratic legislators oppose her and intimidating them.
She can't be any worse than Darth Vader Ginsberg or Vladimere Stevens.

The woman being such a racist really bothers me. If a white male had made the comments she has made, he would be tarred and feathered. That alone should down her nomination no matter which party she is in. Liberals and Conservatives should come together and block this racist witch.

The liberal policy stuff only makes her that much worse but of course we should understand that Obama would want somebody that hates America like that.
