I don't see how this is legal.
They are acting in the capacity of a dealer. Engaging in the business by giving compensation for firearms. Also aiding and abetting the disposal of guns possibly involved in crimes. I say Suckass, I mean Serpas needs to shut this BS down.

Perhaps someone should drop a friendly anonymous tip to the BATFE?

As much as gun haters know about guns, I could take a couple of BB guns and they would be none the wiser.

years ago Kroger gave out $100 gift cards for every gun you turned in... we went out and bought a bunch of lorcins at our $34 cost wholesale.... we turned in about 50 of them and made out like bandits.

I have seen these on the news before and there were kids all over the place as well as handing over guns. For the past 2 weeks the anti gun nuts have been using children as their excuse as to why they do not want guns in parks/restaurants. These people turning in guns clearly don't like guns or know anything about them. Are they 110% sure the gun is not loaded before handing it over to a child? And how in the world is any of this legal?

how much are the circus tickets? Just get some and add your address to the list.
i bet if it's like most crappy circuses you can find free passes at the oil change places n gas stations...maybe you can get enough parts to make a good gun if they are turning in crap
