It should also be required to stop and pull to talk on a damn cell phone also!

Now if they'll just outlaw talking on them (cell phones) while while smoking a cigarette while drinking a soda while eating a hamburger while swatting at the kids in the back seat while driving in the left lane while 5 mph below the speed limit it might begin to be safe on the highway again.

it is amazing but unsuprising that common sense must be legislated.

And I will also predict that this will not stop it from happening very much.
