i thought there were laws against a 15 year old brandishing a handgun? oh never mind, the laws are aimed at the law abiding gun owners. what was i thinking? |

not sure. last thing i read was that the investigation was still ongoing. the housing officer saved who knows how many lives that night. what the hell is a 15 year old doing with a gun? i guess people think he was being a nice young man and taking it to an adult so police could be called. BS. he was going to shoot someone. he just became the target instead of someone else. those officers have a responsibility to protect the citizens and themselves. the thug got what was coming to him IMHO.

People, people! He was just a product of his environment! Don't blame him! I'm sure there is a logical explination for why he had a handgun.

if the officer shot him in the back that was a homicide....when I was a LEO trainee they told us to shoot at the suspect while he was coming on to us, if we shoot at that time it is concider a self defense, if we waited to had the sh$%t beat out of us and then shoot at the attacker while he is leaving, that was a homicide.... to make a long story short, kill him while he is coming on to you, and we were told, "kill" not play around and try to "disable"...and saves you a headache with the lawsuits too....
