Fox News was reporting the Major was using two handguns. No mention of rifles. Don't know about the other two shooters.

Now some former general is saying the Pentagon reported this wasn't a random kind of shooting, that the Major shot his victims in a very precise and calm manner.

The shooter was identified as Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan, age 39.

Why does that name not surprise me?

Not to make assumptions, but if you research the names and background of the past fratricide cases for the Army, they all have something in common...

A law enforcement official identified the shooting suspect as Army Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan. The official said Hasan, believed to be in his late 30s, was killed after opening fire at the base. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the case publicly.
The official says investigators are trying to determine if Hasan was his birth name, or if he changed his name and converted to Islam at some point in his life.

And yet the President says they are all peace loving and not like the "radicals". Of course, we are just assuming he is of that religion.
