    Joe will, but, good ol' Olympia Snow and her accomplice from Maine will cross over. It will be close, right now I'd say 12:13 against passage. There are enough moderate/conservative dems and Liberman to counter the RINO's. We must hope Reid doesn't find some bribe that will shift one or two of the dems.
    If it's worth shooting, it's worth shooting multiple times, ammo's cheap.
