  1. I was completely happy with my CZ 75 SP-01, until I decided to do a little research into the X Carry that you mentioned. Look's like a trip to my LGS is coming up this weekend.
  2. Sorry, I skipped right past the Glock or XD statement. Ignore my CZ post.
  3. The CZ P-09 or the CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom are soft shooters also.
  4. Love that smoker. Looking to build one like that myself.
  5. Is there anyone in the Davidson, Sumner, Robertson County areas that sells seasoned oak and hickory for cooking? I need a mix of both for my smoked meats obsession/hobby.
  6. I seasoned it with a blend of salt, pepper, and garlic.
  7. Flat iron steak cooked over hickory, maple, and oak, with homemade Chimchurri.
  8. Excellent choice, you couldn’t go wrong with either of them.
  9. I just got the CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical last week. CZ makes incredible pistols. I’m curious as to what grain bullet yours is most accurate with.
  10. Saturday I was able to check off one of the many "Bucket List" guns I have wanted for a while. Saturday, on my way to pick up a Ruger 1911 Night Watchman, I saw this CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical and made the "mistake" of holding it. It feels like it was poured into my hand, and the weight of it is actually a plus in my book. The 1911 is still on my list, but I am very happy to finally have my hands on this one.
  11. I agree with the other responses regarding recoil of the 357 Sig. I carry the Glock 31 with Underwood ammo, and the recoil is very similar to a hot 9mm.
  12. My father gave me a Savage Stevens single shot .22 thirty-five years ago. Too many great memories tied to it to ever let it go. Around that same time my grandfather gave me an H&R Topper .410 that I will probably never part with.
  13. TGO is the only forum I do or will support financially. I have viewed many others, but TGO is where I consistently go for information, updates, and a good laugh.
  14. I am a Senior Analyst for the nations largest healthcare company with my primary focus being the financial impact analysis of contract proposals from medical device companies based in the US.
