  1. Man, your classes are always when I am out of town. The wild game class would be great info, and I have been trying to make it to the edible plants for a while now. It is great that you do this and I cant wait until I fet to attend one. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  2. Not sure what it was but it looked like an old flint lock. Someone was looking at it and I think he said it was $350 and the guy said it was a good deal. There were some glocks, sigs, and 2 revolvers. The ruger americans he had were priced very nicely. I would have bought A LOT more but time and money ran out. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  3. He is keeping the FFL and doing home based buisness. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  4. I headed over there to pick up a gun, I thought with the liquidation they would still price match. Nope, they are priced as marked, 5% off is the best they will do. The gun I wanted even after the "discount" was still higher then everyone else. I then headed over to Gaurdian Armory to find out they are going out of buisness as well. What is going on! Well I picked up 2 guns and 2 lowers some mags and a rifle bag really cheap. I stupidly left my ID there and went back to get it and bought a bunch of ammo some of it was so insanely low I could not pass up. I dropped more money than I wanted but the prices were WAY to good. He said it all has to go and he will go low to make to happen. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  5. Can you have a second electrical panel installed to run certian things on solar. We changed all lighting to Led and buy as energy efficient as we can every time. We did an energy audit and we found that outside of fridge and AC we use very little energy. We could have a system put in that would break even in 5 years. Would they even know if you did that? That way even in a power outage you would have general power. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  6. Several retailers have been working to shut these guys down since then. KCSO did not have an active retail crime unit then, like they do now. Things kicked into overdrive when my wifes company got a new LP manager who hates theves as much as I do. He decided he was not going to stop until they were in jail, looks like he got them. 7. The owners were stealing from the retail stores and selling the stuff on ebay and in the shop. They were also having people steal for them, by telling them where and what to steal. This was not like other pawn shops that have stolen stuff, the owners were intentionally selling stolen items. I know that all pawn shops have stolen goods but most shops dont have there staff out stealing for the shop. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  8. They were stealing from my wifes work. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  9. Hopefully no one here bought or sold a firearm there. I would guess they are fully investigating everything with a serial number. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  10. These guys took money directly from my family and I hope they rot in jail for a long time. I know they have stolen in excess of 100k in merchandise just from 1 location. It cost my family hard earned bonuses because the shrink was so high at the store. They even threatened employees when they were confronted for shoplifting. There has been a case building against them for over a year now and I am glad they have been stopped. http://www.local8now.com/content/news/Knox-County-Sheriff-and-ATF-investigating-a-Pawn-Shop-off-Western-Avenue--420376643.html Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  11. They have a focus on LEO and some stuff can only be bought by LEO, but anyone can buy there. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  12. We closed for the first week of bow and firearm season. It was great. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  13. My school did the same, barely reconizable two years later when my sister started. It was sad to see it change so fast. I did not like my classmates but I liked the well rounded education I got. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  14. I was in high school in mid to late 90s and we did gun work in shop class. I was also told the home education class bassically processed ducks that were shot over the weekend. We had a very hunter friendly school. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  15. I was in FFA as well. After winning state in public speaking I was awarded a 10/22. That was a big deal and the school I went to had a fit and almost closed down the chapter. Just to rub there noses in it my leader bought me 1k rounds for it because a watering system I designed finally got its patent. The principal tried to make me return both gifts but word got out the farmers (including my family) put him in place. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
