Local Scanner Freq

I just have a regular old scanner from Radio Shack. So all of mine are analog.

Knoxville

Western Ave/640 Area
460.6375
460.2750 (appears to be KPD, or some other dispatch)

UT campus area
154.3550 (island airport, could be labeled wrong though)
460.0250 (these two I think are Maryville PD)
460.1750
458.9000 (UT campus maintenance)

Does your scanner allow you to program the PL tones or not?

Will yours monitor a Moto Type II SmartNet system?

I have no idea I only got it about a month and a half ago, but I doubt it as I bought the basic base model. It's a Radio Shack Pro-82.
