AR 15/M-16 Mag Release
Can one of you sharpies out there tell a well-meaning, mostly-harmless olphart what existing training doctrine says about the best way to access and depress the stock, factory mag release on an AR if you're right handed? My hands are so arthritic I'm having all kinds of trouble getting to it without looking at it. Thanks.

Alot of time when I am shooting, especially rapid fire, I wrap my left hand around the magwell instead of the handguard and can reach it with the middle finger of my left hand.
But I usually use my right hand middle finger, but that is without any arthritis problems. Hope this helps.
