just picked up a flyer for a show at the Ward Ag. center in Lebanon. Scheduled for Sept 12-13. Don't think I remember there ever being one there before. $7 admission, $1 off here. Smokey Mtn. Shows

Know nothing about the promoter or type/quality of shows they do, just passing along the info.

TN State Fairgrounds will be closing after June 2010 so there will not be any Goodman shows there but maybe by then they will have found a new location for them.

Seems like Municipal Auditorium would work, just no more free parking.

If these cretins in Metro had a lick of sense, they'd move the flea market, Christmas Village, gun shows etc to the Bellevue Mall. Ain't nothing going on there at all.

I wonder who owns the old Zayre's building out next to the airport on Murfreesboro Rd. They used to do a weekend flea market there a few years back.

I plan on attending the show at the fairgrounds on Sat. AM. Glad to hear it's staying for a while longer. As another poster said on another thread, I miss the shows with the two

adjoining buildings. Can you advise the issues involved in bringing that back? Attendance

seems to be there to support that. Dealers may be another matter.

FWIW, the Franklin show isn't worth the trip or price for me. ( not affiliated with

either show, JMHO)

Weird question. Would anyone know who hosted a gun show in Fort Knox or the surrounding area in 2007 and how many days it was? We are trying to get some paperwork from then figured out and knowing that would help tremendously. Thanks.

Probably not the answer you are looking for, but the biggest around is the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot - always on the 2nd weekends of April & October. Friday, sat, & Sun. West Point, Ky. - 10 or 15 miles north of Ft. Knox.
