I don't know if anyone has posted this before , if so sorry , but I hand this out to businesses that post .

That's exactly what Rayburn is trying to prevent. He wants the state to do his dirty work for him so HE doesn't cost himself any lost business.

I would get rid of the criminal penalty, possible gun seizure, and fine, with these silly signs. The most a property owners should be able to do is have you charged for trespassing if you don't leave when asked.....why a possible fine (it doesn't sound like anyone has been fined for this) when it is already illegal to trespass?

Concealing is the best way to go with these silly laws in this state. I'd never open carry here and have to look around for signs, booze, etc...great way to get hassled.
