This is where my wife drags me shooting often, lol.

Seriously though. If you are looking for a family oriented place to shoot, hang out ( Drink their coffee ) and tell stories this is it. I cant remember another place being this customer friendly. That above all is the single most important thing to me, especially when I have others with me.

Prices, as with places I frequent. If the service is good I am more than happy to pay more. But this isnt the case. Their prices are right in line with everyone elses. Great prices, excellent customer service? That has WIN written all over it for me.

No I dont work there, just go and see for yourself. Then you can say I told you so.

Thanks SIR.

Wayne and Marilyn have a very nice range. Wayne, Greg and Tim are always available for help, information or just a chat. I normally shoot there weekly and often have my wife with me. She doesn't shoot and waits for me in the lobby, reading her Kindle or iPad. I don't know of another range in the area that she would accompany me too.. Ron

i just want to say something about sevier indoor range, I have been thier many times purchased guns from them and all sorts of other stuff. these people are the nicest people they have always went out of thier way to help me in any way especially Tim. I have probably been to 80 percent of the gun shops in tennessee at one time or another, sevier indoor range has everyone beat by far no attitude no overprice just friendly everyday folks running a fine business, give them a try you will not be disappointed, i was there today with my wife, left with a smile on my face.

I did a quick stop there today just to check it out (happened to be near by and had a few minutes to kill.) I was impressed with how clean the range is and how much space there is behind the firing line. Plan on coming back to shoot soon. Assuming I better dress warm though since there was a propane heater running in there. Haha

I visited this saturday with 4 friends on our annual post-holiday weekend gathering. The range was mobbed (they were having an HCP class). We were initially told it would be about an hour to get a couple lanes. :P About 20 minutes later, we got in. B) As usual, the staff was very nice and easy to get along with, the range was clean, well lit, and well ventilated. We had fun playing with each others toys. We were there a little more than an hour and it cost $12. Can't beat that. :D

Thanks for the kind words. We appreciate your business. While it's true the range is unheated (due to the constant ventilation and fresh air exchange) we'll do our best to provide auxiliary heating during the chilly days. Fortunately the warmth and comfort of the lobby is just on the other-side of the glass doors.. Keep shooting and come back soon... SIR staff..

I thought the heater was a good touch to show that you try to ease the customers. It would be a foolish waste of energy to try to heat the range. Looking forward to visiting soon.

I'd rather gun shops be rude and expensive. That would solve my addiction real fast :ugh:

You're not too far from us, a little to the east. I love TN. Like to ride off-road dirtbikes at Loretta's Range!

Will have to come check out your facilities sometime. Those are some great reviews! Congratulations. Clean and friendly folks are key.

Is the range cooled? or do you run the supply fan to reduce the summer heat indoors? I supposed you don't get too hot and humid in your location(?).

What kind of targets do you have, down and back or are they turning and programmable?

Thanks,

No AC in the range, we just recirculate with fresh air. We don't have too many days that are terribly hot, a few but not a lot.. The target trolleys are down and back.. Do stop by when you're in the area.. SIR staff...

PS: Our lounge and shop are warm in the winter and cool in the summer8)

I took two non-shooters there last week to orient them with handguns. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

My Dillon malfuctioned and loaded a round with out powder(not my fault of course!) Staff was very helpful to get the slug out of the barrel.

Anytime I am in the area, I will stop by. One of the best indoor ranges I've ever been to.

Great place. I have bought two handguns from them, and the experience was great. Also my wife enjoys shooting partially because of her experiences there. Although I do wish they still allowed shotguns on the range.
