The liberals need to go to SCOTUS with better arguments. I like my broccoli, but it is best
served when I buy it of my own accord. I like Scalia.
I hope this mandate gets shut down, if not the whole mess.

Justice Kennedy is doing a wonderful job, also. Verrilli, the replacement for Kagan, who still hasn't recused herself,
is a far cry for the job. I guess something that can't be defended, must be done by ideologues only. I just hope this
is shot down before the election. Supposed to be a decision in June.
