what may be wrong with them is pretty obvious if you look at the sight and gas block. If you can look at it and it looks straight the rifle is good to go.

I have a WASR. It runs great and shoots to point of aim if I do my part.

Buy it sooner than later. The price keeps going up.

I seen a couple with offset front sights and it kinda scared me. As far as the gas blocks go im not sure. Im new to these guns and trying to get something to learn with. As far as stripping modifing cleaning ect. Just want to get a good one to start with.

I would hunt down a Mak 90 before going the WASR route, or save up a few hundred more and get yourself an Arsenal. All of that being said I have never owned a WASR(Hate their stocks) and if I didnt want one when they were $350 NIB I sure dont want one now that they are pushing $500.
