walmart and ammo

Recommended Posts

Picked up some .40S&W 50ct Federal boxes and 50ct Winchester white box of .45 from Walmart on Harding- $15-19 bucks per box. No .223. The army surplus store on Hillsboro in Nashville has plenty of .40, .45, .380 Blazer 50ct box, but they're $21 per box regardless of caliber. Picked up a box of each since they who works there is an acquaintance, use em for range days.

It was the wood stock and blued barrel, I'm thinking those are around $220. I didn't ask the price but I do know the black stock and stainless barrel is $250 and some change. I'm wanting one but going to hold out for the "target" model with the bull barrel.

Wally 5616 received three cases of .223 and one case of .40S&W last night. Ammo should be on sales floor this morning. Hurry, supply will not last.

I was just at the Hermitage Wally. They had 1 - .45 Auto 250 UMC Bulk Pack, 3 - .40S&W 250 UMC Bulk Pack, a few packs of PDX1.12 12 Gauge.

I bought a pack of PDX1.12 and the last box of Federal Champion .40S&W 50 Pack. I wish I had the funds to by the UMC Bulk Packs, but atleast I snagged something.

As of a few minutes ago, all they had left was 1 50 round box of Remington UMC + Tula in .380 ACP.

No ammo in Franklin. But they had some gun boxes in a cart that they were I guess were thinking about putting out. One was an S&W M&P box. I guess a 15/22? Not sure though, she was rolling it back to the back.

Walmart 672 got in (20) 100 round boxes of Federal .223 last night. I didn't bother to take them out of the cart I stamped them in. Gone in 5 minutes. I wanted to punch a few customers in the face for repeatedly asking me to sell them more than 3 boxes. Also got in 25 boxes American Eagle 55 grainers. $8.07 per 20.

$220 doesn't sound bad at all.  Now, if only I can find one in stock!

Smyrna has nothing.....just came back about hour ago. I now regret not stocking up in the past. I always just purchased what I would shoot at the range, Now I cant even do that. Not cool on my part.
