Why is the ejection port on the wrong side? :)

It must be one of those blemished uppers.  :)

Seriously though my son would like one of those since he shoots rifles left handed.   He's caught in the middle on which hand he really is.   He shoots pistols and throws a ball for example with his right, but writes and shoots rifles with his left.

You should really confuse him and get him a AR pistol

RED,

Are you building it with ambi controls?

Safety yes, mag relese and bolt hold no, as that would take a diff lower.

Same as me, he needs to find what eye he is, left or right dominate.

I have made up my mind, I will "avoid" spending money on a right hand rifle again.

My son is a bit upset about it being left hand, I told him it was my money.LOL

Now to get one of those trigger kits from Dolomite.

Looks great. What's the grip? Not what CMMG is putting in the LPK lately, is it?

No it is not, it is one I picked a few years ago for my Saiga 12, I have a diff one on the S12.

So this one is used here, I dont know what make it is.

Well bought the bolt, had to "fit" it as the lugs were to long, by .001, not much but enough to not let

the bolt turn in the chamber. After 3 days of a diamond stone it fit.

Loaded up a 3 rounds, all I had begged and borrowed, it fires.

Now to get some brass and primers from David next week in the Boro.

Still need a few mags as well.

Then to dial in the gas block, then sight it in.

OOoo the fun.
