I used to have one.  They had their critics, but mine operated just fine.

That said, I far prefer the .22LR PPK variant, the PP 22.  It's definitely one of the most reliable pistols that I've ever owned, and is a pleasure to shoot.  It's a pistol I'll never get rid of.

I don't know that I'd pay current prices for a TPH.  I'd buy a PP 22 again in a heartbeat.

I had one in the late 80's - worked just fine, and was pretty accurate.  Unfortunately, sold it a couple of years later.

IIRC, it was made in Alabama under license from Walther??  Maybe I'm wrong...

I think mine was, too.

Anyone have one?  Thoughts?  I can't believe I haven't had one and now think I may need one.

As an added thought, anyone see a dealer who sells Jimenez J22's?  If so where and how much?

I'm not positive but I may have saw one last week at Guns for America, 615-463-3633. Might had been a used one.
