A hidden Gem

Im a CZ owner and beliver. I also sway towards the tangfolios and Witness models. I just wanted to throw this out there. My local rural king put the EAA SAR B6P on sale for $259. Id compare its looks and make up to a cz75 full size. Its Turkish made, one mag, and finish is holding up decently. Only gripe is no decocker so I have to let the trigger down to half cock once loaded. Other than that... Its uphill

This thing has eaten my glock regimen. Over 256 rds of mixed ball and different hollows. Not a hiccup. Accuracy, better than expected. At 7 yds, they all stayed within a 3 inch group. Good enough for me. Mag says 15rds, but they are 17+1.

Bottom line, I trust my life with it, its $304 OTD, and holds 18 rds.

Pick up an EAA SAR B6P

Glad it works and that you like it. Although I have no personal experience with the Turk imports, on the whole; they seem to be of good quality and well worth the price.

Steelharp here might have some better commentary, as he's had one of the Canik models, I believe.

Yep, my local Rural King has Sars and Witness pistols and they seem to be working well after 1,000 rounds each thru them. The Sar compact had to go back to have a walking trigger pin replaced on my dime.

All seem pretty accurate at self defense ranges.

Sounds like you found a winner for a heck of a price! Congrats! Those hidden gems are out there!

Another good example of solid Turkish semi autos are the Stoegar made Cougars. Stoegar is owned by Beretta and is using the same equipment used to make the original Beretta rotating barrel Cougars. They come in 9mm, .40, and .45 caliber. I haven't kept up with current pricing but the MSRP was around $350 and included 3 hi cap mags.
