Well obviously it's time to sue GM over highway accident deaths.

Totally unrelated. GM did act in an irresponsible manner. The switches were defective and could be a factor. The ammo dealers did not do anything wrong. Won't come to anything in court, but dealers will probably settle out of court to avoid bad press!

They don't want money. They want this: "A crazed, homicidal killer [i.e. any gun owner] should not be able to amass a military arsenal, without showing his face or answering a single question, with the simple click of a mouse. If businesses choose to sell military-grade equipment online, they must screen purchasers to prevent arming people like James Holmes."

The office is there. I applied for a job there recently.

I bet that was entertaining.  Did you do the stupid video and the on-line skills testing?

They have had the same raft of job postings listed for almost 4 years.  Don't waste a lot of time with them.

All I can say is the Aurora shooter was far from crazy before and during the shooting. Now with that said he will be a raving lunatic by the time all these psychiatrists get done working him over. They are on the third test now. 1 yea ok!! Found fit to stand trial.  2 pushing the envelope but found fit to stand trial once again so his attorney goes for 3 and gets it.

With the layout of planning this guy put in play from ordering his equipment to bugging his apartment with explosives to his surrendering after the shooting when confronted by authorities shows he was totally sane. A crazy person would have shot themselves in the head like every one prior to and after his shooting.

He knew exactly what he was doing. In all honesty I would put a great portion on the blame of this shooting on the Professor he sent an assortment of his plans to that never came forward until after it was over. What was her excuse?

"I never thought he would actually do it." She had almost a month to contact authorities and never did.

I was wondering when someone would try and sue someone over this and it was an Idea from the Brady group and not the actual parents that filed the suit for the parents. I figure an ambulance chasing lawyer would have came up with the plan but they didn't.

They could also sue the Theater owners also for making the theater a GUN FREE ZONE which by doing so failed to protect all the movie goers that went to the theater once the signs were in place.

There are a lot of different people that could be sued how many of these suits would be won. GOD only knows..........jmho

No office, just a PO Box. No physical presence at all.

Seems maybe just incorporated here, dunno how the mail actually works, BBB shows registered address as the UPS Store at Cedar Bluff.

Operates numerous websites under different company names, real warehouse is apparently in Atlanta area.

Interesting reads on Lucky Gunner, first one about the Aurora thing from good while ago, second one from our own Linoge's Walls of the City:

Did you find their FFL listing?

And yes, there were several local employees a few years ago (not sure where they are physically located nowadays...have not looked at them in a while). But you are right about the warehouse. My impression is that the warehouse is actually contracted through a fulfillment center.

Here's the complaint:

http://www.bradycampaign.org/sites/default/files/PhillipsvsLuckyGunner.pdf

It does not appear that they are asking for money damages for the plaintiffs, though.

What a total douchy complaint! As much as the complaint professes to not want to injibit lawful firearms ownership, it sure does not really do that! Of course IANAL

The plaintiffs allege that the defendants created a public nuisance by selling legal items!

And the complaint also tries to pierce the corporate veil by naming the owners as individual defendants

Scum !

Wrong. There is an office in West Knoxville. It was on the job description or I wouldn't have applied.
