Problem with Benefactor Membership

Recommended Posts

When I log in, it shows me as a standard member without benefactor posting privileges. When I attempt to upgrade, it says something went wrong.  Then, my membership status shows me as a benefactor level member until 10May2015 with a renewal pending.

But I can't post in classifieds.  What's the problem?

jgradyc, I can't tell you what is wrong, but I can assure you that it will be looked at. I'm going to go ahead and report this post so that it gets even more visibility by David. He does have a "real job" so it will probably be this evening before he's able to think about it, but rest assured he will get you taken care of.

Okay, no rush on my part.  I have to pick up a gun today or tomorrow at Guns and Leather and I thought there was a discount for TGO members. Not sure of that... but that's why I was checking my membership status. I checked a couple of weeks ago and might have set it to renew. I know it shows that my renewal is "pending approval."  I'm assuming it means that it will renew when the old membership expires on 10May2015.

I just tried to renew again. This time when I got to the "Oops, something went wrong" screen, I clicked on the renew link. It took me into the screen to purchase either the 6 month or one year membership. I selected one year and it went through.  Let's see if that works. I'll check back in tomorrow.

I paid to renew on June 25, with paypal and I received a email that payment was received. I received another invoice today showing I need to send payment to renew. Can someone please look into it?

I'll take a look once I'm on my laptop later this morning.

Did the second invoice include a link to test.tngunowners.com by any chance?
