The wait is killing me

Recommended Posts

I'm at 88th day on my form 1 E-file and the wait is killing me. The times have really lengthened back out. It took 76 days for my form 3 to clear. Hopefully my form 4 will go faster but I'm kinda doubting it.

My first e-file last year took just over 30 days. This one will be a test for me since I filed my 2nd form 1 2 weeks ago...

I'm 5 months on one of my suppressors, I finally broke down and did what I told myself I wouldn't, I called the ATF. And, what a waste of both of our time, I was told wait times are running around 5months and then asked if I had anymore questions.

Individual or trust?  Yours should be approved any day now.  I just had one approved right at 4 months on a trust.

Man those clowns have their head so far up there ass...I called about a few on Friday and they told me that one was still pending...then 45 minutes later the gun store called me and said, "your paperwork is ready." Then the other two I was waiting on have been cleared for 6 weeks but they lost the paperwork.

Yeah it seems like it is hovering around 120 days for electronic submissions.

I recently seen where individual submissions are getting shorter and shorter.

I am, hopefully, within a month of being approved on my most recent submission.

What would be nice is if all gun owners could come together to get all the NFA laws repealed. The BATFE is not going anywhere so we should not waste a breath even mentioning that. I believe if ALL gun owners made the same calls we did to protect our AWs, magazines and M855 we could easily have the NFA laws seriously looked at. And if nothing else maybe a compromise that would unregulate silencers and the short barrel weapons. There is no way any of it should be regulated. Edited by Dolomite_supafly
