Lucky Gunner vs. Brady Campaign-vote where the money should go

Copied from the military arms channel on facebook.

You may see that I support LuckyGunner.com in my videos. One of the reasons I support them is because the Brady Campaign sued them after the Aurora theater shooting for having sold the ammo to the shooter online. There is no way they are liable in my view and a recent court ruling upheld the same. Not only did LuckyGunner prevail in court, but they were also awarded their lawyers fees by the judge. These guys aren't putting that money back in the bank but are instead allowing us to vote on which Pro-2A organization they can donate the $110,000 to. We need to support them for supporting us. Please take a moment and vote at the provided link.

They do not sue in their name, they get others to file with their financial support:

I understand that, but they are making a bunch of noise about what they will do with a big settlement from the Brady Bunch. I’m not real familiar with civil law; can that happen when the complaint isn’t by them?

It'll be interesting to see if Brady Campaign sticks behind the people they propped up and continue to give them money to cover this, or silk away and leave the plaintiffs they used to get standing enough to bring a case on the hook for the money.

ok, that is pretty awesome.  Hats off to them for winning and all that.   I still have an ongoing disrespect for their price gouging on 22s and general attitude.  At 100 bucks for a box of 22s, they can afford to donate 100k.  They can probably afford to give away $20 per box they sell!

All politics,  if they receive nothing they donate nothing.  While I disagree with the Brady campaign and their tactics I have to admire the way they do things.  If they win, they advance their cause, if they lose they are not held liable.  You can't get blood from a turnip so I doubt anyone will end up paying much if anything.
