Finally Got One Back...

Recommended Posts

I will reserve my rant about how badly the ATF jacked up all this paperwork for another time and just be happy it showed up. My buddy said it looks like a muffler on a toothpick, but it is a blast to shoot. I haven't run any 00 buck, just target load, but I was impressed.

This is trust time but the check was cashed in early April and came back Friday.

My favorite look for one of those Salvo 12s is on a Remington 870 with a 12" bbl and 6" suppressor.

Yeah I think I am going to pick up a sbs this fall and put the 6 inch on it for my wife's HD gun. Just to take the bite off of buck shot going off indoors.

I just got my Salvo a few weeks ago too.

Be sure and try the winchester subsonic loads.  It's super quiet and fun although it doesn't cycle the action on my benelli.

I feel like it is too long in 12" configuration for my 24" benelli.  I plan on ordering an 8" rod kit to try.

I guess I can drill 1/2 my baffles for 9mm and 1/2 for 45 then go back and forth between caliber a depending on what I plan on using it on. As long as they ALL fit in the silencer I guess I am good to go.

I think AAC was actually designing one and doing something like that with different baffle inserts for multi caliber.

I'll try those rounds on my next ammo order. I have the 8 inch rods, when I take it apart today I'll shoot you a pic. My benelli is finicky with all ammo so I'm not gonna blame the can yet.
