That's one of the cool things about that place.....usually there's no one else there!  It's fun to have the whole place to yourselves. My ex husband and I used to go up there pretty often (like 10 yrs. ago). We'd stop at a grocery store and buy 2 or 3 cases of their cheapest soda (orange is good for best visibility) and take it with us. When we got to the range, we'd shake the cans up and then go set them on top of the target stands to shoot at.....talk about fun! The cans would literally explode when you hit them. Afterwards, we'd go pick up the shredded aluminum for recycling.  |
Never thought of doing that, I'll have to try it out. It sounds like alot of fun! Thank you for another new ideal!
