Pros: simple, light, comfortable, ultra-concealable, inexpensive
Cons: none for the price, re-holstering is not one-handed, wish it maybe breathed a bit better

thought i'd throw this product up here since even though it's the cheapest holster i've ever bought, and i've got like 3 of 'em in different sizes for less than what a decent leather one costs, for CCW/in-the-pants i haven't really found anything better all-around, at any price (and i've tried 'em all...).
they weigh next to nothing, only add about 1/4" to 1/2" to the width of your gun, are all-day comfortable, and surprisingly, the single plastic j-hook stays put when it's up against a belt loop and when you draw... also, it's very easy to conceal, the j-hook is barely noticeable behind the belt.
i work in a profession where it would be frowned upon or maybe a little intimidating to others if they noticed i was carrying, and most of the time it's t-shirt and jeans... these work great.
i put up the one w/ retention as i prefer it since i can climb around and stay very agile without having to worry about the firearm falling out or having to secure it while climbing/moving... but the one w/o the strap is very good also and if you don't like the strap, all you need is a pair of scissors...
i usually carry pistols w/ thumb safety's (h&k usp compact, sr9, etc.), but i've used these w/ glock's and m&p's just w/o one in the pipe, they're soft, i wouldn't recommend it for those type of guns if you carry one in the pipe.

The Dude: Oh, the usual. I bowl. Drive around. The occasional acid flashback.

Pros: Cheap, light, conceals well
Cons: cant reholster with one hand

If it wast for not being able to reholster with one hand it would get a 10. It is the most comfortable IWB I have found. And it will not give your weapon holster rash.
