Pros:	Easy to see day or night
Cons:	Won't fit some holsters

I've had the TFO's on my Springfield XD for over a year and couldn't be happier with them. They are bright in the daytime with the fiber optics and the tridium comes through bright and clear at night. They are an excellently designed product.
