  1. Today
  2. If things get much worse, we all might show up for a meet and shoot.
  3. I've found the awnser for my wife's constant questions during a movie...pretend to be asleep! Sorry dear, but I haven't been watcing close enough to awnser that for you.
  4. I actually sat thru all of "Afterlife". Personally I saw no redeeming value in it. Wasted time. Could only look at Ricci's boobs for so long!
  5. I did something similar some years ago. Suffered thru the attachement of the unbelievable number of electrodes on my scalp. Had a hard time getting to sleep with them. That was the first night. Got all hooked up on night #2 and jerked the device off. I found it to be not only uncomfortable but discovered I was extremely claustrophobic! Mouth and nose covered. Face covered. (Old style equipment) Found I couldn't breath against the inbound air flow. I just went berserk with it. Nurse was actually really pissed, but since she hadn't started the test, I didn't get charged for the second night. I might try it again. Sometime. Have to get thru some other things first. And yes...I do understand better breathing and better sleep will help me.
  6. I am thrilled with that series and surprised how good it is!
  7. Mind if I ask what happened to make you pull out?
  8. You make that decision. Plenty of people have been justified in a shooting away from their house due to being in fear of death or serious bodily injury. All I said was there is a presumption when in the residence.
  9. Guess I’ll have to pay to fish. I can still catch them and know what to do with em’.
  10. I did the sleep study last night at home, took the stuff back too them today. Decided to pull out and not go any further with it. Just wasted $400 I guess.
  11. To answer the original question though. Look for Rural areas in East Tn, There are still some great places, but seems like all land and houses have skyrocketed due to the influx of Northerners and Californians.
  12. I disagree with having to pay for a license to hunt deer when I investigate car and truck crashes for a living where people hit deer all the time and crash into them with their cars ! You'd think they would back that hunting fee off a tad but nnnoooooooooooo !
  13. I used to think Maryville was really a place i'd like to live 20 years ago and i'm not hating on the place now, but it's unbelievable how much it's grown. Can't even get in the Lee's Chicken parking lot anymore lol. Well that's always been like that from time to time lol
  14. Yes it's awesome in Jefferson County, but more and more farms are disappearing and being replaced with Subdivisions. In Dandridge the people from up north are buying up the lakefront properties without even actually seeing them. You can notice a change in the people in the grocery stores already. Also, don't get as many of the hey buddy waves as you used to going down the road. You are very right though, there's still a ton of wide open spaces in places like new market and stuff, but for how long?
  15. "Afterlife" is "Ghostbusters: Afterlife", the one from 2021 with Egon's daughter and grandkids continuing the original Ghostbusters story line. It's a good return to the original arc as opposed to the lousy all-women reboot because Hollywood gotta have gurl-pwr . . . The new Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is a direct sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife.
  16. I will buy the rifle, ammo, mags and cool mag holder for 550.
