  1. I've had this done for a while but been bitten by the suppressor bug so my poor little sbr has been neglected haha. CMT TGO billet upper and lower, PSA premium bcg, BCM Mod 4 charging handle, ALG QMS trigger, Seekins Precision stainless match .300 blk barrel, Seekins Precision bolt catch and mag release, Samson Evo 9 inch rail, DoubleStar adjustable gas block, SilencerCo ASR muzzle brake (waiting on Omega to get out of jail), Magpul CTR stock, Hogue grip, Vortex Sparc 2, and Magpul ASAP. I think that's everything. I have a set of QD 30mm A.R.M.S. mounts just waiting for a good scope. My wallets just waiting for the money to buy said scope. Well, here it is. And the last picture is with my 5.56 upper that's usually on my pistol lower. I'm heading out to OK Corral tomorrow with some friends to run them along with my new Glock 19, and another AR build that I haven't fired yet.

  3. So I have to brag on my wife a bit! I have been wanting a SIG SAUER P320 for a while but been putting it off due to the price.I decided to sell one of my other pistols to help fund my new one. I sold my Taurus and was going to just save up the rest. Well I when i got home today from selling the Taurus My wife walked up and handed me the rest of the cash( she hides money around the house worse than squirrels hide nuts) for my new SIG and said "I know its the one you have wanted for a while, go and get it !!!!" I was completely floored so i drove straight to the gun store and was like a kid in a candy shop ...... now all that is left is to put in the trigger time and break it in well.

  7. Good choice. I have fired 550 rounds through my P320 Compact and with no failures at all. For me, the 124 grain bullet is better than the 115 grain. I have fired a variety of handguns, including the Glock 19, and I get a better grip and am more accurate with my P320 that any other handgun I have shot so far.

  10. It's a fixed Daniel Defense. I have the matching front sight as well but just threw it on that upper. Thanks, I like it too. I have another build started with OD green on it too. Haven't ventured down the FDE path like most people but may some day. Thanks Wingshooter! It's really a nice handguard. I picked it up at Bass Pro today. It was on their clearance rack!! Originally $169 marked down to $109. I snatched that thing like it was the last biscuit! Oh hey, if you get out this way, they so had Hunter Safety System harnesses for $59. I picked up one and there are 2 left. That's freaking cheap.

  11. Nice! I like it. That Evo looks good on there. Thinkin" about using that on another build I've started.

  16. Managed to get the scales glued up, pins installed, shaped & finish sanded over the past couple of days. ¼" stainless pins, G10 scales with white & blue liners. All I need now is for my leather to arrive & I'll get a sheath made up.

  19. @TGO David I certainly don't want to cost you any more grief than necessary and if Tapatalk won't work, that's fine, but I still prefer it over any mobile skin. Just my 2 cents. I agree with @Raoul if there is a way to tone down the super white, that'd be good.

  27. That is from the bullet seating plug not fitting the bullet shape exactly. Won't hurt anything, but if it bothers you, take the seating plug out and lightly polish or reshape it to fit your bullet better. I've shot thousands of cast boolits with the same ring on them. Have fun in your reloading, and never stop learning!

  28. A good friend of mine used a 6" Model 29 as his EDC. He wore a belly band up on his chest with the gun under his left arm. Covered it with an ordinary shirt and you'd never know it was there. He was a big barrel chested guy anyway. He carried that cannon like that all day, every day. He could draw it surprisingly fast too. I

  32. @Mindless-Focus - Got it, thanks. I found the problem. It'll take me a little bit of time this evening to configure the Store to accept payments again. They added some new layers of security, which is really nice, but it also rendered the current configuration unusable. More to come!

  33. Depending on how bad the crack is, you can usually fix with just a good quality wood glue and a clamp.

  36. One clue might be if one has ever changed display name? I was originally signed up as "OhShoot" but changed to the two word "Oh Shoot" some years back, but with previous software iterations, still had to use the original "OhShoot" as the login name, but new software wants the actual screen name currently shown, ie "Oh Shoot" with the space (caps still don't seem to matter). - OS

  42. This bill is simply one more piece of proof that this supermajority isn't good for anyone in the state of Tennessee.  Representatives should actually be required to work for their constituents and earn their votes...

  43.   I'm the odd man out in thinking that both cases were the right call, but it doesn't make a difference in the end results...both were SCOTUS decisions that a large part of the country disagrees with based on their personal politics.   Also, both could be changed if the court takes a case that opens either back up, much as Heller took on established law at the time.   I'm just saying that conservatives have their own hypocrisy in liking/hating SCOTUS verdicts same as liberals.

  44. I suppose if you went on a forum focused on something women find more interesting than men, there would be posts by women getting "permission" to purchase designer purses or expensive shoes. I'd also suspect there would be Channing Tatum posts objectifying his form, as well as jokes about stereotypical things that men do. Guns and shooting is generally a male interest because of the inherent differences between men and women. There are certainly women who find it interesting, such as yourself, but that is relatively low compared to men. Like other things men find more interesting than women, I'd assume it is more biological than exclusionary attitudes by men toward women. That's just the way it is. So any time you have a bunch of guys together, we're going to talk about guy stuff. A gun forum is one of those places that bring guys together. So yeah, there will be posts and pictures which objectify women or make jokes about our wives/girlfriends, but what you won't see here is people being dismissive or disrespectful to female members on account of them being female. In fact, I'd reason to bet that if a female posted something ridiculous, it would be met much more diplomatically than if a male did. Or perhaps equally, I dunno. This forum seems to be much different than other Internet forums, in that people are generally nice and respectful.
