  3. I know I'm not the only one watching cameras already. Some people don't even put them out till July or August but I run them year round. What are y'all that have them out been seeing? I'll try to remember to keep posting as I get enough to make a short video. I put together a short one and uploaded it today. I'm trying to learn the editing process and it's not fast for me since I'm not too tech savvy and it takes me a minute. I've honestly been watching tons of YouTube videos to learn. I'm using editing software called Shotcut. I still have a ton left to learn to look fancy like all the people I love following on YouTube, but I'm trying. Anyway, here's the short video of some of this weeks footage.

  5. I don't get to post too much here, being an old sixgunner. I bought my first handguns when, living in Tennessee, I had to go to Arkansas or Mississippi to buy a handgun. Or, I could order it my mail. Times change. Here is one of my favorites, a .45 Colt Ruger with elk stag grips by Patrick Grashorn: It has, at times, been my constant companion, along with this one: Bob Wright

  11. H&R Youth 20 ga. single shot, purchased at Kmart in Oak Ridge when was 10. It was stolen from our home along with 12 other long guns. Some years later I got a phone call from the Anderson County SO informing me that they had recovered it. It was the only gun that we ever got back.

  13. I'm an old sixgunner, Single Actions being my favorite. Especially the Ruger Super Blackhawk. Here are two of mine, a New Model and a Three Screw, both stocked in walnut, and worked over by Doug Turnbull: The Super Blackhawk is, in my opinion, the ultimate Single Action revolver. Bob Wright

  14. You're not keeping up with the class. We get to be whatever gender we want There's a drop-down gender menu on my medical portals these days, and one of the choices is other. I think we're pretty traditional staying within the two original genders.

  18. My father in law passed his first gun to my daughter, a JC Higgins .410 bolt action. It is actually a Stevens. I need to get a magazine for it.

  20. It always pizzed me off that the North Koreans took the Pueblo and killed a sailor doing it; we did nothing. Now that they are sending back remains and releasing prisoners, I wonder if Trump will ask his friend for the Pueblo back.

  22. The "hornet", itself, is an ancient cartridge... The ole 22WCF with smokeless powder added... Very few of the old black powder cartridges of the 1800's survived the transition to the "smokeless era"... The fact that the hornet did is a tribute to it's accuracy and versatility... The fact of the matter is that when you shoot that hornet, you are shooting the father of the modern, and very useful 222 and 223... The old 222 used to own the benchrest range... I've shot the hornet in turn bolt guns... The accuracy is superb... The hornet wll shoot as good as you can... Enjoy it... leroy...

  23. Gotta love a good shooter. Only safe Queens I have are family hand down. And even some of those get shot regularly. Nice looking guns Mr Wright.

  24. I don't have one of these but would love to test drive one for a while. Have always had fun with any 22 Hornet that came my way. It still has a lot to offer but unfortunately all the media seem to ignore it.
