  1. Since The Mule got mentioned, here's another promising looking feature from another legendery star/director/producer. Redford says it's the last movie in which he will appear.

  2. Since I like to keep life simple here’s what I would do: If you have a permit carry a proper handgun. If you are legally allowed to own a firearm, keep a carbine in your vehicle if you feel the need for that kind of firepower. Myself, I’m not into playing roadside lawyer and whipping out internet documents in the event an interaction with The Law occurred. The odds are stacked against you.

  3. Buy from Anywhere ammo is cheap. Right now is a good time to consider stocking up for the next 10 year period. Sounds crazy I know, but think about the concept. It's what I've done. Now that ammo is uber cheap buy all you can. But also make sure your reloading stock is built up to a 6 year cushion just in case. I'm not especially paranoid, just prepared.

  5. Dude relax. Just buy what you like from a reputable vendor. If the time comes that you really need to worry if your brace is kosher what you'll really need is more ammo.

  6. This. Do you really want the hassle of being pulled over with a gun having no serial number?

  7. Maybe I won't have to see any more steep hills-n-hollers til deer season! I'm thankful for the Lord's grace in this. As far as I know we had no serious injuries out of the scores of people who were there. (Except for me feeling old)

  9. I personally feel it would not be an issue, I would just keep links to the pertinent NFA rules and possibly a printout to show any LEO if they don't know. However, why bother? Lowers are at an all time low, and available everywhere, so the risk/reward isn't there. If all you want, as I do, is to build your own, then have at it, it's legal, just be sure to check adjacent state/local laws to make sure there are no laws against it.

  14. My favorite 10/22 shown here with the Hogue stock and some random bi-pod from Amazon. It's a great shooter. Besides this one I have another 10/22 that I've left bone stock just because I like it that way. Also have a Marlin Model 60 before the regs changed and they started making them shorter. It's the 18 round tube-fed one.

  16. Not sure we should overanalyze screen names. I mean mine is a waco 60's alcoholic drug addict with a fondness for large caliber revolvers and hallucinatory drugs...oops. Nevermind

  17. You ain’t kidding!! I still didn’t see anything, left at 11:30. Checked my cameras on the way out and found a new rub line! So I’m gonna set up my Lone Wolf stand close to it in the morning and hope for the best.

  18. I agree with Pink Cadillac and might go so far as to say it’s one of the worst movies ever, but the “Loose” movies are excellent, lol. You left out Bronco Billy, it was garbage as well.

  19. "Pink Cadillac." Those two orangutan movies. And "The Dead Pool," his last Dirty Harry movie, wasn't much good either. Early in his career he was in one of those Francis the Talking Mule movies, but he probably can't be blamed for that. Cheers, Whisper
