  1. Something silmlar. Used some fire alarm strobe horns hooked up to timers so they flash at different times and set to 110 candella. It is very disorienting.

  2. As long as I have my own house with my own nightstand next to my own bed, there will be a full sized pistol within. Maximum capacity. Compacts are for carrying.

  3. I'm known locally as the guy that will hold you at gun point until the cops get here and won't let you smoke a cigarette. The pillbillies shop elsewhere now.

  4. As with other things, light is the enemy of darkness. I'd put powerful motion lights around the house and on the typical approach routes. I've never seen one with a strobe function.

  5. This thing in VA may have a nationwide impact. It's a good example of how bad it can get. It is also a good example of the greater of two evils.

  6. The folks in Virginia are doing a great job of standing up. I hope it works. I think this is the latest map...

  7. I pulled this from the Foxnews web site, I feel it says a LOT!!! https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/walter-williams-the-second-amendment-is-under-attack-in-virginia Virginians must heed the words and capture the spirit of their two most distinguished citizens, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, who wrote the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions. These resolutions referred to the federal government but are just as applicable to state governments in principle. They said: "Resolved, That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their General Government ... and whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force." James Madison, in Federalist Paper No. 46 wrote that the Constitution preserves "the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation ... (where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." Thomas Jefferson wrote: "What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms." Too many Americans believe the Second Amendment grants Americans the right to own firearms only to go hunting and for self-protection. The framers of our Constitution had no such intent in mind.

  9. Oh btw, the real old woodworkers usually have a finger or part of one missing. LOL On the serious side though be careful, wood dust will kill you for sure. Have fun.

  14. I have thought for a few years that every county and or parish should get 1 vote. That vote comes from the most votes for the person running for the office on the ballot. This would stop the areas that are thick with voters over ruling the areas that have less voters. Will this happen, not as long as the left has control of the votes in the big city's.

  15. This did not come to be by accident. The ethical Eric Holder is leading the charge to sue till it's blue. They will not stop and we must pay attention otherwise it will happen to us too. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/jul/11/how-democrats-try-to-hijack-elections/ https://democraticredistricting.com/

  18. Might consider this to mount the press, I have 2 LEE single stage presses mounted to it, easy to move, and it does break down to some extent for storage. Could store it in a corner somewhere. It fits thru a interior doorway w/o breaking it down, fairly stable as well. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1012719865?pid=629993 I would avoid the "shed" as much as possible, it'll be hot or cold the majority of the time.

  20. Anyone that believes state lines change beliefs, or that this can’t happen here; is only fooling themselves. (That’s not directed at you specifically AuEagle) Many here like to jump on Illinois as a state because they are ignorant about what goes on there and who controls the state. Three counties around Chicago have 50% of the population of the state, and are packed full of voters that rely on the government. The same thing is happening in Tennessee. We need to be aware of, and care about, what is going on in our state, and with Federal laws. The Democrats by their very nature are far more likely to vote than republicans. That has to change or we will be overrun with ignorant laws, more taxation, and bigger government with more control.

  21. Civil Unrest would have been a great term to stick on the Patriot Militia at Lexington and Concord. I get there are some wackjob mouth breathers in these militias, but government is supposed to make laws that protect liberty and protect individual rights, not protect government.

  22. You have any dogs or kids that might leave a steamy pile on the floor when you're away for the day, or late at night? Mixed with a self-steering vacuum, that can make for some memorable results. Also this: https://www.cnn.com/2019/12/27/us/couple-calls-911-for-robotic-vacuum-intruder-trnd/index.html
