Dudes..... like for srsly..... O. M. G!!! It took me maybe 45 minutes to put together, figure out the primer timing rod thingy & set up the dies, then another 2 hours to crank out 500 rounds, without rushing & checking every 20th powder charge. How have I managed so long without this in my life???3 points

Just wondering if any of you all own one of these wonderful dogs? I am a vessel Rep for BP and the HSE guy who use to work for me has been a Cane Corso breeder for the last 27 years, anyway I gave him the rotation he requested and he gifted me a pick of the litter reverse brindle Female, my wife was absolutely against me getting her but when the transport that delivered her to me from Louisiana came, I immediately put her on my wife’s lap, 20 minutes later they were best friends. We have had and still do have several other breeds of dogs, but by far after having this girl for 3 weeks they are my favorite breed1 point

Tragic story from St Louis where two children are dead after playing with a hand gun. However, it just bothers me when folks say “the gun just went off by accident”. As we all know, guns don’t just go off. I wish when journalists wrote articles, they would be more accurate with the way they described how accidental shootings happen. Instead of “they were playing with the gun and it accidentally went off”, say “they were playing with the gun when he/she accidentally pulled the trigger”. https://amp.usatoday.com/amp/71852340011 point

I have a real nice looking M44 Mosin Nagant 7.62x54R I’ve had since 2006 I’ve decided to sell to fund some other stuff I’ve bought.1944 Izhevsk all matching numbers except for the century arms stamp as seen in the picture. If someone is interested in buying it I would have to have a copy of their drivers license and info for my log book on my C&R license. Thanks Jeff1 point

Right now there is no "best place". Prices and availability change on a daily basis. Sometimes hourly. It depends on who gets what, when and how long it lasts. When good deals do pop up, they're usually sold out before you can get to them. Right now, ammo shopping is by the Bible method. Seek and (hopefully) ye shall find.1 point

My son put one in his gen 4 G17, the break is clean and crisp but light, we measured it at 3.5 lbs which is fine for a range or competition gun. The reset is a little sluggish, It comes with 2 different weight return springs he installed the heavier of the two to try and help with that. I didn’t notice the reset so much when shooting though, mainly when dry firing.1 point

It felt great to get out and ride a bit today. Have to go to a baseball game after while. I’d ride to it, but not sure my wife would like riding that far at night. Baby steps with her cause she still isn’t real sure about all this motorcycle business.1 point

There are fans of both. FOR ME, the 6moa dot works better as it is the same size as the one on my P320. That’s my main and frequent steel banger. Have two other red dots but smaller moa, both are 22’s. Same same works for me in practice vs carry. Both are good systems.1 point

Still looking for different bullets to play with. I'm almost on the verge of putting in an order with Hammer. I actually pulled the scope off the rifle to put on my .223 I have another on order that should be here in a couple of weeks. I'm really in no rush. Hunting season is a long way off & I have plenty of alternatives1 point

I sold my 550 and bought a new 750 Dillon. It's slick and you can crank out some rounds, I've got about $2200 in the press and accessories. Buy once cry once.1 point

I have the 507k and I personally like the circle-dot. I had a 6moa SMSc first and I liked it but with the small window on these, the I like the smaller dot with the circle1 point

I honestly think I like this 407K more than I like the 507K that I have on my Staccato C2. I prefer the larger dot.1 point

Glad you got this worked out!!! My EDC is a .40 Shield version 1 - have had no problems - even put an MCARBO trigger spring kit in it and polished the 'innards' - no complaints! I've had my eye on a Plus for a while, for the extra capacity and the flat trigger - but now the 30 Super Carry with the optic slide has me intrigued - just haven't seen one in the wild...1 point

It is something that may superficially appear to be a duck, but does not meet the statutory definition of a duck. Allowing unelected bureaucrats to change and reinterpret the law to suit their whims does not result in more freedom for anyone. It was a bad precedent set with the bumpstock ban and exactly what those of us who decried it at the time warned everyone about. This is incremental groundwork that’s being laid that can eventually allow for the reclassification of modern semiauto rifles as machine guns. The ATF is going to keep pushing as far as they can unless they are stopped.1 point

Brothers n sisters... Remember this one thing... The CNC machines that produce all these parts are stupendously accurate. If the base materials are as good, there is no substantial difference in any of these scatterguns other than name and price. Take a look at the 1911and AR market... A bajillion parts suppliers and basically there same results... frugal leroy...1 point

Not quite the same, but my father in law gave me his old Marlin .357 lever action a few months ago... I'd like to get a matching 'six gun' for it, but truth be told I'd like a .45 six gun and a matching lever...1 point

Just a heads up that the reaction images used on TGO for rating posts (like Thumbs Up, Love, Like, etc) may be a bit wonky or missing for a little bit. I am working on migrating some of our more common graphic elements to Amazon storage for faster performance.1 point
