  2. “Suck it up” as my jr. high football coach instilled in us, lol. We had no say in running up downs and sprints, just like there’s not a freaking thing the common man can do to change how the system works.

  3. I am not sure how many of you who like to shoot sporting clays are familiar with this but I visited a "gem" of a facility right here in middle TN. Cross Creek Clays is located in Palmyra, TN (just south of Clarksville) and is just an absolutely wonderful facility. Imagine about three large golf courses blended together and accessible by carts but dedicated to the sporting clays. I was not aware of it and a friend who had been singing the praises, finally took me there today. They are having a large national tournament this weekend and many of you may be attending. If this sort of thing is up your alley, then check out the link below and check it out. Cross Creek Clays | Sporting Clays, 5-Stand, Make-A-Break, FITASC

  6. Weeks like this make me think our entire financial sector is just a scam that has been propped up by rock bottom interest rates for a decade. It feels like monopoly money. "Stonks only go up". I would not be surprised if the entire house of cards comes crashing down in my lifetime.

  7. Since they are both constitutional rights, buying a gun should be just as easy as voting. Or, voting should be just as difficult as buying a gun.

  8. I have a Hi-Point 995 semi-auto 9mm Rifle which includes a case with hand & shoulder straps, Scope, Light, Laser, 2 clip holders already affixed to the rifle and 9 each, 10 rd mags with ammo. Front hand grip folds down. I'm looking to sell or trade/ partial trade + cash only for certain 9mm+ caliber size handguns, auto or possibly a revolver. I don't use at all and figured it was time to move on from it. Shot about 100 rds. Everything mentioned works perfectly and looks new. Will need new batteries for accessories. It's been cleaned and stored & shows that in the pictures. I'm going to be moving by May 1st and would like to sell or trade as mentioned before I leave. Just lowered $500.00 negotiable Features All-weather, polymer skeletonized stock Sling, swivels and scope base Internal recoil buffer in stock Weaver style rails Made In United States of America

  12. If you buy something online, do you mail an envelope of cash? It's getting harder by the day to find ANYTHING I want at a brick and mortar store. Not just firearm related....ANYTHING!

  13. Should get voted on today, if those in charge of committees don't let the Administration and Moms Demand Action (funny how those two groups seem syncopated against your 2nd Amendment Rights) run the clock our jabbering lies and untruths. It is becoming clear to me the TBI, the Department of Safety, the Sheriffs Association and the Chiefs of Police along with the governor are attempting to create a 4th Branch of government...They are falling right in line with Bloomberg! I am loading up and headed back, today is important.

  15. This has been one of my dream guns for the longest time. Closest I ever got were the series of MSAR STG E4's I had over the years. The MSAR's were great, but I had always wanted a Steyr. Since Steyr started importing them again a while back and prices have dropped some, I was able to pick one up. Who needs an SBR or braces when you can have a bullpup! I did get a little sacrilegious and went with the NATO stock, but that is because I had an abundance of AR mags. Since I was already familiar with the platform I knew what I wanted to add so ... it got the 20/20 Sear, Corvus QD takedown pin, Ratworx TR-1A fore rail, Ratworx Hybrid bolt, and a Corvus brass deflector. I added a Magpul/ADM QD bipod, foregrip, and Strike Cloak FH with a Strike Oppressor (for indoor ranges). Haven't been able to make it to the range yet and I am still experimenting with optics. I'll either use a Holosun 510C with a flip to the side 5x magnifier or a PA SLx 1-6x24 ACSS. The pics below have a Burris AR223, that I was using as a placeholder. The Bi-pod is for the range. I also have a Wilderness Tactical Giles sling that works great with this gun. Now all I need is that full size Uzi B and my 80's movie dream gun collection will be made! With the SI Oppressor: without the SI Oppressor:

  16. This is one I'll regret. Its one of my favorites but it just sits in the safe looking good. It's a shooter! Hungarian Hi-power 1:1 clone. 7 -15rnd & 1-10 rnd Mec-gar mags. Privateer leather/shark trim holster. $Sold Nashville area. Would consider trades on a nice 3" or less .357. - C&S Extended Slide stop - C&S wide combat trigger - C&S SFS Safety System: basically you rack the side and push the hammer forward. Once you flip the safety, the hammer sets. Really cool FN system. Also, zero hammer bite - VZ Recon Grips with stainless hex head bolts - BH Springs Solution two piece buffering guide rod - Full optimize spring set by BH Springs Solution.

  17. This is a BT10 V8 Atlas Bipod. It is used. I bought a new, but barely used it. As you can see from the photos, it is in excellent shape. No issues. It was only used at the range a few times. 18. I saw this advertised for this weekend 3/21 &22 2015 at White County fair grounds on Hale Street. Pretty nice small show with alot of guys walking around with rifles/shotguns/handguns for sale or trade. I plan on going Saturday morning and take a Ruger SP101 357 mag and a Sig P220R in 45 acp, just in case I see something of interest.

Use the Buyer/Seller Feedback feature to research who you are dealing with. Please come back and leave feedback for each other after the transaction is complete. Your experience will help others. Never agree to use an electronic form of payment to buy or sell a gun! None of the electronic payment services will protect you against fraud in a firearms transaction. They all have terms of service FORBIDDING the use of their services to buy/sell guns. DON'T DO IT. Be very wary of anyone who insists on brokering a deal in private or outside of TGO. Scammers almost always prefer to operate out of the public eye. The complete Trading Post Rules and also some more helpful suggestions can be found by clicking this link. Everyone should read them at least once! ~~~ This was an automatic reply ~~~

  30. The difference being the armed criminal doesn’t spend tens of millions of dollars on lobbyists and political donations to gain the ability to write the laws to benefit them. It’s not an apples to apples comparison.

  31. Isn't it ironic that the same crooks we elected and sent to DC are the same ones that created the laws to regulate the shady bankers? Then the shady bankers outsmart them and taxpayers are left holding the bag for the cost of the flawed regulations. If the headsman's ax is coming out for one single shady banker it better be coming out for all the complicit .gov bureaucrats too.

  36. Much ado about nothing. The new code simply says you bought something at a sporting goods store. It does not specify what you bought and certainly can't be used to trace guns. Such codes have been used for years for everything from hardware to groceries. Its a simple market tracking tool. Nothing more. Always remember that the pro-2nd groups want your money and aren't above using scare tactics to get it. To them, everything is a threat.

  39. FOLKS... BE WARNED AND BE AWARE! The conversations shown above are actual messages that some of our members have received via Private Messaging from people who are attempting to scam them. These are just a few examples. The routine is almost always the same. Someone with a new account and low-to-no post count will message you privately about something you posted in our Trading Post forms, and either tell you that they know someone who has the item you want to buy, or that they know someone who wants to buy the item you are selling. REPORT ANY SUCH MESSAGES TO THE MODERATORS, IMMEDIATELY! Again, these are just examples and not every person who contacts you about your ad postings is going to be a scammer, but you should always trust your gut instincts. If something seems fishy, there is no harm in reporting it to the Staff before you take any further action. We are always glad to investigate for you! Be safe out there!
